What We’re Looking For:

• Seasoned licensed insurance adjusters with valid certifications.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply valuation methodologies (cost, sales comparison, income, diminished value).

• Experience or interest in dispute/value-resolution work (rather than standard inspections).

• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to generate defendable, audit-ready reports.

• Willingness to work in a nationwide context—mobile field work or remote desk work as required.

• Experience in Xactimate and Guidewire
